A mixed bag of news this month - real doom and gloom in the HMO market (see the discussion at our member meeting here) balanced by new data from the NRLA which basically says the PRS is about the right size and most people like it - add to these 2 extremes the fact that Portsmouth remains the go to destination because it is so cheap and the massive influx of students last month and as Confucius said when he dropped in at our last breakfast, "We live in interesting times".
