HMO Database Reminder

As mentioned last month (see it here) there is a new, much updated database of HMOs in Portsmouth.  We would really like to help the Council get it as accurate as possible so do check any of your properties against the list and any HMOs that you know of (or properties that were but are not anymore). 

Call Out: PCC's Combined HMO Data set online

After years of the HMO register on PCC's website being grossly out of date, PCC Planning and Private Sector Housing have combined their data sets into a newly updated online data table accessed from here: Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) database - Portsmouth City Council

We believe there are a very small number of omissions, but we do want those addressed, so we encourage PDPLA members to check the table for their own licenced properties, and for any that are missing: please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  with the property address and licence number.

There are some duplicated entries too, but we don't need to be told about those, those are self-evident.
