Tenants With Pre-Payment Meters Need To Use Tokens

Just a reminder from GVJ that anyone with prepayment meters needs to ensure their tenants use their tokens

I wonder if you could ask landlords to be in touch with tenants who have prepayment meters to make sure that they are accessing the Government energy support scheme. People are sent tokens that can be redeemed at PayPoints but around 40% of these are not being cashed and people are losing this money, which will mean they have less money for other things including rents.
