Happy Easter - May your rents due be paid on time, your boilers function and your tenants be happy!

We have quite an array of interesting articles for you this month – from discussions on legal responsibility for rent payments in different types of tenancy, viable alternatives to leasehold and an interesting new scheme being trialled in Southsea for rubbish collection.

There is an update on Universal Credit coming to the city later this year and new proposals for sandwiched HMO's and small rooms which we have objected to, plus a reminder of the discounts available to members for products to help reduce condensation and mould and of course, more on the life of a serviced accommodation provider from our resident blogger, Charlotte.
