We should all have plans to constantly improve the way we operate our letting businesses - whether just one property or many - and part of that plan should include a rolling and constant update of skills. One way to do that is formal education and in some topics, that is probably the only way to do it properly. The challenge is always to find a provider of a course that meets your need running somewhere where you can afford to attend. Occasional trips to London are unfortunately a reality for us all, as too few realise the need for formal education to justify many of the courses being run locally.
