Education & Training For Landlords

We aim to provide a range of education and training events for landlords, alongside our less formal updates in member meetings and the like, to address specific needs as they arise and to form the core of a CPD (Continuous Professional Development) programme for our members.

As an organisation we believe strongly in co-regulation. We provide an environment where our members can continuously improve their skills and the standards of their properties thus freeing up local authorities from the admin of checking on ‘the good guys’, allowing them to spend more time on those who get the property industry a bad name.
