Site Tip - Manage your account details

Since the new website came online all of our members have been able to manage and update their own account details. Each time you log in you will be taken to your profile page. Some of the things you can edit or update include:

  • Username
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Address

It is very important to keep these details up to date as they are the basis not only for our communications with you (for minutes, newsletters and more) but also for other member benefits like Tradepoint cards and RLA magazine subscriptions.

If your details are not correct on the website you could miss out on these things!

The profile page also contains a short questionnaire that helps us better understand your personal needs as a member. At the time of writing the questions include:

  • How many properties do you let?
  • Are you interested in receiving enquiries for lettings from PDPLA?
  • Who do you let to?
  • Property Locations?

Completing these questions helps us as an organisation tremendously. It can have a bearing on guest speakers at meetings, whether or not you receive property enquiries that prospective tenants request through the website and even has the potential to shape the direction in which the PDPLA heads in the future.
